Heagle, Martha (Oct 1881 - 11 Nov 1904)

Mrs. Martha Heagle, wife of Roy Heagle, died of peritonitis at her home in this village (Thorp, Clark County, Wis.) on Friday of last week, aged 23 years and 1 month. She was the youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. A. Barr, and was born at Greenwood, Clark County, Wis., the family removing to this village soon after her birth. Three years ago she was joined in wedlock to Roy Heagle, the couple residing at Boyd since their marriage until about six weeks ago when they removed to this place. The funeral took place on Sunday afternoon from the Baptist Church. Rev. J. B. Bachman officiating. The bereaved husband, parents and other relatives have the sincere sympathy of the entire community in their sad affliction.
