45, Kewaunee, formerly of Loyal, Clark County, Wis., died on
Sunday, March 30, 2003, at St. Luke’s Hospital, Milwaukee.
Visitation will be held from 6-9 p.m., on Thursday, April 3, at
Cuddie Funeral Home, Loyal, and on Friday, April 4, for one hour
prior to an 11 a.m. funeral service at the Loyal United Methodist
Church. The Rev. Wendell Williams and the Rev. Bob Warmouth will
officiate. Burial will be in the Loyal Cemetery. Pallbearers will
be Bob Houts, Paul Delo, Mike Delo, Justin Delo, Mike Carey and
Robert Wesle. Cheryl Ann Delo
was born on Jan. 4, 1958, in Marshfield, to Merlin and Nancy (nee
Colby) Delo. She was raised in the town of Beaver and educated in
Loyal Public Schools. She graduated from Loyal High School in 1976.
She attended UW Whitewater for five years and received her teaching
certificate in special education. She taught in the Spencer School
District for four years and then moved to Kewaunee, where she
taught for the past 12 years. She lived in Kewaunee at the time of
her death. She was a member of Community Congregational Church. Her
interests included traveling and reading. Survivors include
her parents, Merlin and Nancy Delo, Loyal; one sister, Audrey
(Randy) Reading, Mequon; four brothers, Randy Delo, Bradenton,
Fla.; Clay (Margie) Delo, Loyal, Scott (Christina) Delo, Loyal, and
Shannon Delo, Loyal; and aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other
relatives and friends. Preceding her in
death were one brother, Rick Delo; and one sister, Susan Delo, in
