Arlene A. Staab, 66, of Dorchester, Clark County, Wis., died March
12, 2003, in the Emergency Room of Saint Joseph's Hospital in
Marshfield. Funeral services
will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Maurina Funeral Home. Interment will
be in North Dorchester Memorial Cemetery. She was born July
26, 1936, in the town of Little Black to Fred and Mabel (Anderson)
Schmidt. She worked at Weinbrenner Shoe Factory and she returned to
Dorchester in 1971 where she farmed. Her first marriage ended in
divorce and she united in marriage to Norman Staab. Survivors include
her husband, Norman Staab of Dorchester; four sons, Teddy (Nancy)
Ure of Poplar Grove, Ill., Daniel (Dawn) Ure of Neillsville,
Russell Staab of Dorchester and Rickie (heather) Staab of
Dorchester; two daughters, Donna (Brudette) Coberly of Boscobel and
Norma Jean (Clifford) Cardinal of Tomahawk; 10 grandchildren, four
step-grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and four
stepgreat-grandchildren; three brothers, John (Lois) Schmidt of
