Courier (Thorp, Clark County, Wis.) 06/29/1911 Saam, Anna
(Marriage - 22 JUN 1911) A pretty wedding
occurred in the Presbyterian Church Thursday morning, June 22,
1911, when Miss Anna Saam of this place (Eidsvold, Clark County,
Wis.), was joined in holy wedlock to Mr. Frank Stanek of Chippewa
Falls. Promptly at 10:30 Miss Gladys Dygart ushered them into the
presence of Rev. Amy to the strains of a wedding march. The bride was
dressed in all over embroidery and attended by Miss Edna Warden,
who was dressed in like material. The groom was attended by his
brother, who is also of Chippewa Falls. A little sister of the
bride acted as flower girl and carrier the bride's bouquet of
lilies of the valley. After the ceremony they drove to the home of
the bride, where they partook of a bountiful dinner. A dance was
given in honor of the bride at her home. The entire community joins
in wishing them a happy wedded life. © Every submission is protected by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act
