- 18 Feb 1915) On Thursday
afternoon last about five o'clock, Paul Dulek, residing on a farm
two miles southwest of the village (Thorp, Clark County, Wis.),
accidentally shot himself with a shot gun and died four hours later
as a result of the injuries received. Mr. Dulek was hunting rabbits
on his own place and had evidently rested the butt end of his gun
on a log and slipping, was discharged. The entire contents entering
his body. His cries for help were immediately answered and he was
carried to his home, where death soon followed. Deceased was about
twenty-four years of age. He leaves a wife and one child. The
funeral took place from St. Bernard's Church on Monday morning,
Father Neises officiating, interment taking place in the Catholic
