Laneville, Pearl (Marriage - 9 Sep 1915)

J. A. Roth, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Roth of this village (Thorp, Clark County, Wis.), and Miss Pearl Laneville of Withee, Clark County, were wedded on Thursday last, of which event the Withee Journal speaks of as follows:

"Miss Pearl Laneville of this place, eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Laneville, was married yesterday morning to J. A. Roth of Albertville. The ceremony was by Father G. W. Miles at the Notre Dame Catholic Church, Chippewa Falls, at 8 o'clock yesterday morning. Only immediate relatives of contracting parties were present, the affair being a quiet one.

Mr. and Mrs. Roth left on No. 1 for Minneapolis, Duluth and other points to spend their honeymoon. They will be at home to their friends at Albertville after Oct. 1st.

The bride and groom are both well known here. The bride has taught school for a number of years. The groom holds the position of Soo Line agent at Albertville."
