Courier (Thorp, Clark County, Wis.) 09/23/1915 Anyzewski, Rose
(Marriage - 22 Sep 1915) On Wednesday
morning, Sept. 22, 1915 the marriage of Mr. Joseph Pawlak and Miss
Rose Anyzewski, both of this village (Thorp, Clark County, Wis.),
took place at St. Hedwig's Polish Catholic Church. The ceremony was
performed by Father Pudlo at 9:00 o'clock a.m., many relatives and
friends of the contracting parties witnessing the same. The bridal
couple was attended by Frank Pawlak, brother of the groom, Miss
Helen Dekoskie, Leon Bogumill and Miss Clara Razner. After the
ceremony the wedding party repaired to the home of the bride's
parents, Mr. and Mrs. Florian Anyzewski, where a sumptuous wedding
breakfast was served, followed by a reception and general
congratulations by all present. Mr. Pawlak is at
present employed as salesman at the Thorp Mercantile Co. Store, a
young man of good habits and will no doubt make a model husband,
and the numerous friends of the bride will vouch for her excellent
qualities and accomplishments to like duties as a model wife.
Anyway, all friends wish them a long, happy and prosperous future.
They departed for Chicago in the evening to spend a short honeymoon
and upon their return will begin housekeeping in the Percy Kingman
residence. © Every submission is protected by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act
