(Marriage - 29 OCT 1916) A very pretty
wedding took place at Owen, Clark County, Wis., Saturday, Oct. 29,
1916, when Miss Esther Wolter, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. August
Wolter, was married to Mr. Lynn Hodnett, of Wolter's Corners. The
ceremony was performed by Rev. W. H. Sargent of Owen. The bride wore a
beautiful white lace dress trimmed with silk. Miss Cilla Kippenhan,
who attended the bride, wore a yellow Suisan. Mr. Hugo Wolter,
brother of the bride, acted as best man. Mr. and Mrs.
Hodnett left on the noon train for Minneapolis, where they will
spend their honeymoon. The young couple
is highly esteemed by a large circle of friends and acquaintances.
