A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, Feb. 18, 2022, at Holy
Rosary Catholic Church. Interment will be at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery in
Little Black.

Daniel was born June 23, 1942, in Dorchester to Henry and Florence (Raymond)
Paul. He grew up in Stetsonville and graduated from Medford High School in 1960.
He served in the U.S. Army from 1960 until his honorable discharge in 1964.
Following his military service, he met a lovely young lady, Theresa Drinka, at a
dance at the Dorchester Hall. The two were united in marriage on Jan. 8, 1966.
Daniel worked for a short time for the Taylor County Highway Department, then
purchased a dairy farm in Little Black, where he and Theresa farmed and raised
their four children. They retired from farming in 2000. Dan then went to work
for Welcome Dairy part time.
To say Dan loved hunting and fishing is an understatement. He enjoyed many
hunting trips out west and fishing trips to Canada with his sons. Memories
cherished by all.
He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Theresa; children: Craig (Jill) Paul,
Loretta (Steven) Koski, Ann (Toby) Devine, Aaron (Mandy) Paul, all of Medford; a
brother, Richard “Dick” (Joanne) Paul of Portland, Ore.; a sister, Patsy Meier

Koski, Tristan and Abby Devine, Eva and Jacob Paul; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; siblings: Clifford (Lois) Paul,
Isabelle Frymark, Jimmy (Lorraine) Paul, Donna (Sam) Nasrallah, Geraldine
(Harvey) Halverson; and brother-in-law, Kenwood Meier.
