(31 OCT 1871 - 27 NOV 1917) Mrs. George Huls
died at her home one mile south of Eidsvold, Clark County, Wis. on
Tuesday, Nov. 27, 1917, after an illness extending over a period of
about three months. She was born in Oconto, Wis., on Aug. 31, 1871.
Twenty-six years ago she was united in marriage with George Huls
and resided in Holland, Wis. for several years, removing to the
town of Thorp seventeen years ago. She was a great sufferer during
her illness, but bore her affliction with true Christian fortitude.
Deceased leaves her husband George Huls and five children, Henry,
Katherine, Mrs. John S. Bogumill, Joh and Arnold, all of this
place, also her aged parents, four brothers and one sister, all of
who were here to attend the funeral (except her parents), which
took place on Saturday last from St. Bernard's Church, Father
Neises officiating, interment taking place in the Catholic
Cemetery. The following
