Kubera, Michael (1860? - 11 Mar 1918)

Michael Kubera died at his home east of the village limits (Thorp, Clark County, Wis.) on Monday morning. He had reached the age of fifty-seven years. About a year ago he was taken ill. He sold his large farm and visited the doctors at Rochester, Minn., but it was found that nothing could be done for him, and he grew constantly worse until the end. He was greatly respected by all who knew him. The time of the funeral, which will take place from St. Hedwig's Church, has not been announced at his writing. He leaves a wife and eight children.
