Blomquist, Annie E. (18 OCT 1892 - 7 Feb 1919)
Annie Emelia Blomquist was born Oct. 18, 1892 and died Feb. 7, 1919, aged twenty-six years, three months and twenty days. She was married to Max Butler of the town of Mentor, Clark County, Wis. in Oct. 1908. To this union were born five children all of whom survive here. Besides her husband she leaves to mourn her departure, her father, Carl Blomquist, one brother and one sister. Interment was in the Butler Cemetery.
