Courier (Thorp, Clark County, Wis.) 10/18/1917 Baures, Irene C.
(Marriage - 10 OCT 1917) Miss Irene C.
Baures, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Baures, and Robert Haas,
both of the town of Worden, Clark County, Wis., were united in
marriage at St. Bernard's Catholic Church on Wednesday morning,
Oct. 10, 1917, Father Neises officiating. The bride carried a
bouquet of roses and carnations and was attended by the Misses
Laura and Ella Baures, while Casper Haas and Frank Doelle served in
the capacity of best men, and Margaret Baures as flower girl. The
bride was handsomely attired in a gown of white bridal cloth, and
her attendants in plain white voile. A reception
followed the ceremony at the home of the bride's parents. The
contracting parties are well known in this vicinity and enjoy the
friendship and high esteem of a host of friends who wish them well
in their journey through life. A wedding trip was enjoyed to
various points in the state. They will reside on Mr. Haas' farm,
and good luck to them is the hearty wish of the Courier. © Every submission is protected by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act
