Jordan, Emma (Marriage - 27 NOV 1919)
A wedding of much interest to people here was solemnized at the Sacred Heart Church at Glidden, Wis. at nine o'clock, Nov. 27, 1919, when Miss Emma Jordan was united in marriage to Charles Hall of Ashland, father Becker officiating.
The bride wore a beautiful blue tailored suit with hat to match. She also carried a bouquet of carnations. She was attended by Miss Maria Genisant of Bessimere, Mich. The groom was attended by his brother.
The bride is a well known Ashland lady, having completed her two year course as a nurse at St. Joseph's Hospital, and combines all the qualities which go to make up a very successful helpmate.
The groom is a splendid young man well known in Ashland. He served across the seas with the 32nd Division and was among those American who went over the top on Armistice Day. He holds a very fine position at Ashland, where the young couple will make their home. They have a host of friends who wish them many years of happiness.
