(Marriage - 20 OCT 1920) A quiet wedding
took place at the Reformed Parsonage at Dale at 11:30 Wednesday,
Oct. 20, 1920, at which time Miss Emma C. Neuman, daughter of Mrs.
Anna Neuman, became the bride of Paul W. Pagel of Thorp, Clark
County, Wis. Rev. E. DeBuhr performed the ceremony. The bride, on
of the charming young ladies of this vicinity, was attired in a
reindeer velour suit and carried a bouquet of pink roses and
carnations. The young couple was attended by henry Neuman and
Amelia Barth of Appleton. The bridesmaid was attired in a dress of
blue jersey and carried a bouquet of carnations. After the wedding
ceremony a reception was held at the home of the bride's
grandparents. The out of town guests were: Mrs. Caroline Pagel and
Miss Rena Pagel of Thorp, and August Page of Fond du Lac. Mr. and
Mrs. Pagel will reside at Milwaukee, where the former is engaged in
the automobile business. To the happy young couple, many friends
extend their wishes for a long, happy and prosperous married life.
