DEC 1864 - 3 JUN 1900) Mrs. Anna, wife of
John E. Sanders, residing northwest of the village (Thorp, Clark
County, Wis.), died of paralysis on Sunday, June 3, 1900. Her
maiden name was Anna Bormann and she was born near Charlesburg,
Calumet Co., on Dec. 22, 1864, where she grew to womanhood and was
united in marriage with Mr. Sanders in 1883. They immediately came
to Clark County, Wis., and have since that time resided in this
vicinity. Besides her husband, she leaves four children, Arthur,
Bernard, Atha, Harry, Ransom and Marion, the oldest sixteen and the
youngest eight years of age. The funeral occurred from the Baptist
Church on Tuesday, Rev. J. C. Johnson officiating, a large
concourse of loving friends and neighbors following the remains to
