Fire at Loyal The residence of Geo. Smith, in the village of Loyal, was totally destroyed by fire on Wednesday. The tire caught in the kitchen occupied by Mr. Smith, during the absence of the family and when discovered it was too late to save anything except a feather and straw bed and sewing machine belonging to G. P. Gwinn, who occupied the main part of the house, and whose family were also absent. The house was worth $1,000. Insured $700. Mr. Gwinn lost everything except the articles above mentioned, including $200 in cash which was in a bureau drawer. Smith’s family lost all household goods and clothes
