Kuester, Irwin N. (29 Sep 1915 - 13 Apr 2003)

Irwin N. Kuester, 87, Ettrick, died on Sunday, April 13, 2003, at Marinuka Manor, Galesville. A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Irwin N. Kuester was born on Sept. 29, 1915, in Greenwood, to Fred and Alvina (nee Brandt) Kuester. He married Frances Yurkovich on Feb. 7, 1939, in Chicago. They moved to Mt. Olive, Ill., and later to Galesville.

Survivors include his wife, Frances; two daughters, Myrna (Richard) Gorka, Ettrick, and Donna Kuester, Elmwood Park, Ill.; four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Elmira Mattes, Thorp, and Norma Ebert, Loyal.

Preceding him in death were his parents, one son, two sisters and four brothers.

Zwickey Funeral Home, Galesville, assisted the family with arrangements.
