Klimmer, Melvin (14 Apr 1937 - 5 JUN 2003)

Melvin "Mel" Klimmer, 66, Custer, died on Thursday, June 5, 2003, at his home. Funeral services were held at 10:30 a.m., on Saturday, June 7, at Boston Funeral Home, Stevens Point.

Melvin Klimmer was born on April 14, 1937, in Loyal, to Anton and Grace (nee Ryan) Klimmer.

Survivors include his wife, Betty; four daughters, Kathy (Rick) Rajski, Plover, Jo Ann (Mike) Amick, Plover, Sheila (Dean) Klimmer, Stevens Point, and Dawn (Mike) Pflugradt, Stevens Point; one son, John (Michelle) Formella, Plover; 10 grandchildren; one brother, Orville (Sharon) Klimmer, Spencer; and nieces and nephews.

Preceding him in death were his parents and one sister.

Boston Funeral Home, Stevens Point, assisted the family with arrangements.
