Dittman, Lucille (19 May 1910 - 10 JUN 2003)

Lucille Dittman, 93, Spencer, died on Tuesday, June 10, 2003, at the Colonial Center, Colby. A memorial service was held at 11 a.m., on Monday, June 16, at Trinity Lutheran Church, Spencer. The Rev. Robert Olson officiated. Inurnment was in the West Spencer Cemetery.

Lucille Brandt was born on May 19, 1910, to Albert and Amelia (nee Braatz) Brandt. She attended Marshfield schools. She married Roy Dittman on June 8, 1932. They farmed until 1969, when they moved to the village of Spencer. Her interests included spending time with family and friends, making scrapbooks, sharing her baked goods, and flowers.

Survivors include two daughters, Gerry (DuWayne) Gropp, Spencer, and Jan Eastlund, New Berlin; seven grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, Roy; five brothers and three sisters.

Community Funeral Home, Spencer, assisted the family with arrangements.
