Allen, Peter (1834? - 11 Feb 1908)
Died, at his home in Omro, Wis. on Tuesday, Feb. 11, 1908, Peter Allen at the age of seventy-three years, with a stroke of paralysis.
The deceased was a brother of I. N. Allen and Lester Allen, late of this village (Loyal, Clark County, Wis.), and a cousin of G. W. Allen. He was one of the pioneer residents here and is well known by a great many of our old settlers. He left for Omro about twenty-eight years ago.
To man, woman and child he always extended a cordial greeting, that lent a ray of light to brighten their pathway in the journey of life. He commanded the respect of all sects and classes of people.
