Miller, Susan Marie (25 June 1983)
The Very Rev. Raymond J. Pedretti officiated at the nuptials June 25 for Miss
Susan Marie Miller, Appleton, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lester Miller,
Abbotsford, and Todd Alan Buboltz, son of Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Buboltz, Brillion.
The bride was given in marriage by her father during the ceremony at St. Mary's
Catholic Church, Colby. Mrs. Alois Gabriel was organist and Helen Schultz and
William Gries were soloists.
The bride had a white gown of organza and schiffli embroidery and lace with full
circular chapel-length train, and a matching lace toque holding a two-tiered
veil. In her cascade bouquet were cattleya orchids, white roses, stephanotis and
ivy.
Miss Donna Schmidt of Stevens Point was maid of honor and Miss Mary Wogernese of
Milan, Miss Sally Mondloch of Wausau and Miss Debra Loucks, Wisconsin Rapids,
were bridesmaids. They had pink chiffon knit formals and wreaths of baby's
breath for headpieces. Each aide carried a white braided wreath with pink roses.
Pete Vechart of Brillion was best man. Groomsmen were Scott, Mike and Dan
Buboltz of Brillion and ushering were Russell Miller and Steve Simmons.
The reception, dinner and dance were at the Spencer Village Plaza.
The bride graduated in 1979 from Abbotsford High School and in 1982 from North
Central Technical Insitute-Wausau with an associate degree in architectural
residential design.
Her husband, who is in parts marketing for Les Stumpf Ford of Appleton,
graduated in 1978 from Brillion High School. After a honeymoon on the Hawaiian
Islands, the Buboltzes will live in Appleton.
