The Physical Life of Woman: Advice to the Maiden, Wife and Mother. By George H. Napheys, A.M., M.D. Philadelphia: J.G. Fergus & Co. 1873
The above is the title of a work of great value, especially to the fair sex, for which the demand wherever it has been introduced has been so great that it has already reached its fifth edition. Ten thousand copies were sold within three months after its first appearance, and in all 150,000 copies. It is an invaluable work, omitting nothing which can "aid woman in performing her full duty to herself and others, so far as that duty lies in the sphere of her Physical Life, whether she is called upon to act as wife, mother, teacher or guide."
For this valuable work, Mr. William Cotton, of Humbird, is canvassing this county, and is now in this town. He is a deserving gentleman, and is physically unfortunate. Give him your subscription, and the favor will be mutual.
