TRIBUNE (Loyal, Clark County, Wis.) 01/17/1907 Mengel, Ida
(Marriage - 8 Jan 1907) Mr. Al Welsh was
married to Miss Ida Mengel at Glendive, Mont., on Tuesday, Jan. 8,
1907. The groom is the
son of Mr. Albert Welsh of Glendive, Mont., who was a former
resident of Loyal, Clark County, Wis. for a number of years. He was
at one time employed as electrician at the electric light plant in
this village and left here about a year ago to take up a claim of
160 acres at that places, and is well satisfied with the
prospects. The bride is the
youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Mengel, who are residents of
the town of Loyal, Clark County. She left here last May and was so
pleased with the country that in her letters home she always said
she would stay there. Both the
contracting parties are well known here, having passed their
younger days in this vicinity. The Tribune joins
with their many friends in this vicinity in wishing them a long,
happy and prosperous life. © Every submission is protected by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act
