Announcement is made of the engagement of Miss Debra Jean Elmhorst, daughter of
Mr. and Mrs. William Elmhorst, Route 4, Neillsville, to Jeffrey Wayne Clemens,
Neillsville. The bride-to-be is scheduled to graduate in spring from District 1
Technical Institute-Eau Claire with an associate degree in accounting. Her
fiance will graduate in May from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire with a
degree in business management.
