Mr. E. S. Mitchell, who has been a most estimable citizen of Clark county for several years, has left us to accept a situation under the g. B. & M. railroad, as station agent at Scranton, east of Hatfield. Mr. M. is a young man possessing a combination of good qualities that make his services valuable wherever he is placed, not least of which is his courteous and obliging disposition and unblemished integrity of character. We can wish him no better thing that the success he deserves, or say more for him than that in all his wide acquaintance in this county there is real regret at his leaving.
