Prior, Ethel A. (Marriage - 14 Apr 1909)
A pretty home wedding was solemnized at the home of the bride's mother, Mrs. Julia V. Prior, on Wednesday evening at eight o'clock. The contracting parties were Miss Ethel A. Prior and Mr. Phil J. Faulks. Rev. Towne was the officiating clergyman who tied the nuptial knot pronouncing the ceremony, which united the lives of these estimable people.
The wedding was a quiet one, witnessed only by the immediate relatives of the bride and groom, and a few intimate friends.
The bride was becomingly attired in white Persian lawn and for flowers wore carnations. She is well known here, having lived in this village (Loyal, Clark County, Wis.) since a very small child and has the esteem of all. The groom is a carpenter by trade and enjoys the confidence of those by whom he is employed.
Immediately after the ceremony, the guests were served with a bountiful repast.
The young couple will make Milwaukee their home.
