Jarvis, Elizabeth D. (9 April 1899 – 22 November 1980)
Funeral services were held on Tuesday, November 25, for Elizabeth D. Jarvis, 81,
from Calvary
Evangelical Lutheran Church in Minocqua. The Rev. George Krebs officiated with
burial made in a Woodruff Cemetery.
Mrs. Jarvis passed away on November 22 at the Howard Young Medical Center in
Minocqua. The deceased, nee Elizabeth Wesenberg, was born in Neillsville on
April 9, 1899.
She is survived by her husband, William, one son, Robert Lavine, four
grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Also surviving are two sisters,
Mamie Courtland of Neillsville and Esther Schey of Madison; and two brothers,
Albert Wesenberg of Neillsville and Robert Wesenberg of Wis. Rapids.
She was preceded in death by five brothers, Elmer, Fred, Wesley, Gus and Bill;
one sister, Bernice; and one half-brother, Charles.
