Swan, Ella (Marriage - 24 May 1910)
At the home of the bride's parents in the town of Loyal, Clark County, Wis., on Tuesday afternoon, May 24, 1910, at half past two, Miss Ella Swan was united in marriage to Mr. Adolph Grob of Pine River. Rev. Reiff of Granton officiated.
The wedding was a quiet one and only relatives were present. At the conclusion of the ceremony a delicious dinner was served and at six o'clock the young couple were taken to Granton, where they took the train for their future home of Pine River.
The bride was attended by her sister, Miss Esther Swan and the groom by his brother Edward Grob of Wausau.
The bride is well known here, having resided here for many years and for a number of years was employed by O. C. Colby as a clerk, where her pleasant manners and willingness to please made her many friends. The groom is a prosperous farmer of Pine River.
The congratulations on the happy event are numerous and this paper is greatly pleased on this occasion to add its hearty good wishes to those being so freely extended.
