GROVESIDE GO-GETTERS 4H CLUB
The Go-Getters were organized April 20, 1954, led by Mr. Donald Neumann. After several months, it was discontinued and reorganized again in January of 1955, led by Mr. and Mrs. Delbert Hutchins. Project leaders included Mrs. LaVern Hein, Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Seefeld, Mr. and Mrs. Herman Neumann, Mrs. Ray Toltzman, Mr. and Mrs. Donald Krause, and Mrs. Lawrence Hessel. This was usually a very small club, but very active, winning many ribbons and certificates at the Clark County Fair. Many awards were also won in extra curricular activities such as health, safety, demonstrations, and public speaking, music, and drama. In 1961, the club was host to Mr. (Nick).
