Clouse, Edwin (12 DEC 1877 - 2 Mar 1911)
Died, at his home in the town of Beaver, Clark County, Wis., Thursday morning, March 2, 1911, Mr. Edwin Clouse.
Ed, as he was always called, was born in the town of Loyal, Dec. 12, 1877, therefore he was 33 years, 2 months and 20 days old at the time of his death. He was married May 1, 1898, to Miss Amelia Luepke of the town of Brighton, Marathon Co. He leaves to mourn his loss a wife, five children, two boys and three girls, four brothers, seven sisters and numerous other relatives and a host of friends.
The funeral services were held at the Beaver Church Sunday, March 5th, at two p.m., conducted by Rev. Kildow of Loyal and the remains laid to rest in the Beaver Cemetery.
By the death of Mr. Clouse his family has lost a kind husband and father, this vicinity a noble and upright man and his neighbors one who was ever ready to lend a helping hand. And to us it seems a mystery why one so noble should have a life so brief.
