Kronschnabl, Max (22 May 1876 - 6 Dec 1911)
Max Kronschnabl died on Wednesday, Dec. 6, 1911, of pneumonia at the age of thirty-five years.
The deceased was born on May 22, 1876, in Bavaria, Germany, and came to this country with his parents when almost six years of age, and settled at Dorchester, Clark County, Wis. Eleven years ago he was married to Miss Maggie Etten of Boyd and later moved to Spencer and went into business. He moved to Loyal about three years ago and for the past two years has been manager of the J. Leinenkugel Co. here.
He met most of the conditions and situations with a joke. He was a practical, matter of fact man, but had his own peculiar way of extracting merriment from life as it went along, and was not disposed to worry about matters that could be bettered in other ways, which made for him many friends who deeply regret his death.
He leaves to mourn a wife, two sons and four daughters, father and three brothers.
The funeral services were held at the Catholic Church at Dorchester on Saturday morning at ten o'clock, where the remains were taken for burial beside his little daughter who died but recently.
