Spry, Anderson J. (28 Apr 1858 - Dec 1914)
Anderson J. Spry was born in Richland Co., Wis., on April 28, 1858, where he spent the early part of his life. His first wife was Ida Young, who died some thirty years ago, leaving him one child, a daughter, who is now Mrs. Beulah Tweed of Wyoming. Twenty years ago he was married to Miss Lillie Patno and fifteen years ago they came to Clark County, Wis. to reside. He leaves to mourn his death his wife, a daughter and four sons, namely, Mrs. Beulah Tweed at Wyoming and Homer, Myron, Ralph and Wilson, all at home, the youngest being but 4 years of age. He is also survived three sisters, one in Kansas whose name remains unknown to us, Mrs. Lucinda Patno of Red Cloud, Neb., and Mrs. Ferrell of Chili, three brothers, Sam of Lincoln, Neb., Cheater of Bloom City and Jap of Granton, RR 1.
The funeral was held last Saturday morning at 10:30 o'clock from the Spokeville Church, Rev. W. P. Powell of Loyal officiating, with interment in the Loyal Cemetery.
