The home of Mr. and Mrs. W. J. Meeks was the scene of a pretty wedding last evening, August 4, 1915, when Mr. Talford B. Bea of Greenwood, Clark County, Wis., was joined in wedlock with Miss Lilias Ellen Putnam of this village. The ceremony was performed by Rev. Powell.
The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. J. Meeks, and is a pretty and popular young lady, of pleasing disposition, who has a great many friends in our village. The groom holds a position as brakeman on the Soo Line between Greenwood and Marshfield, and is a young man very popular among his associates and friends in this village.
