Yesterday afternoon, Nov. 17, 1915, at three o'clock, at the home of Rev. Smith at Oshkosh, Wis., Mr. Halbert Voight of Loyal, Clark County, Wis. was united in marriage to Miss Esther Zuehlke of Oshkosh.
The groom is a son of Mr. and Mrs. F. M. Voight of Loyal and a young man of sterling woth, while his bride, who is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Zuehlke of Oshkosh, is a very accomplished young lady, well and favorably known by many in this village. Halbert formerly lived at Oshkosh and about a year and a half ago came to Loyal, where together with his father and brothers, they purchased the Central Hotel, where he now holds a responsible position. He has a host of friends. After an extended honeymoon the young couple will return to Loyal to make their future home.
Their many friends, together with the Tribune, extend congratulations and wish them many years of happy married life.

Stan,
I am the great-granddaughter of Mary Voight's sister Elfie Nellie DeLoye who married George H. Stoddard and resided in South Dakota. I've been looking for data on Mary for many years but have been barking up the wrong tree because we were told her husband's name was John Voight. Today I found two census records showing her husband as Fred Voight, and then I found your submittal of the marriage of Halbert Voight.
I would like to exchange data with you; however, I am moving tomorrow to Temecula and won't be unpacking my genealogical data for a while. Looking forward to hearing from you.
