Bayorgeon, Julia Marie (18 June 1983)

Miss Julia Marie Bayorgeon of Appleton and Terry Leland Hoover, Loyal were married June 18 at St. Therese Catholic Church, Appleton, the Rev. David Koch officiating.

The daughter of James Bayorgeon and Mrs. Mary Bayorgeon, both of Appleton, was given in marriage by her father to the son of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Hoover, Loyal. Sister Antonice played the organ for the ceremony for which Mike Grimmer and Patty Hibbard played guitar and sang.

The bride had a white bridal gown and veil and her flowers were silk daisies and yellow roses.

Miss Kim Kelly of Eau Claire was maid of honor while Mrs. Cherrie Kane of La Crosse, Miss Sally Pfankuch of Green Bay and Miss Karen Rose, Milwaukee, were bridesmaids. They had blue formals with lace jackets and their silk flowers were yellow roses and daisies.

Collin Kelly was ring bearer; Sara Rybka, the flower girl.

Richard Kaiser of Chicago was best man. Groomsmen were Russell Sobotta of Milwaukee, Roy Luebke of Chicago and Rick Treleven, Minneapolis, and ushering were Jim Hicks, Minneapolis, and Steve Bayorgeon, Appleton.

The reception was at Valley Inn Hotel, Neenah. After a honeymoon backpacking on the Appalachian Trail in Maine, the Hoovers will make Minneapolis their home.

The bride graduated in 1982 from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire receiving a B.S. degree in communicative disorders. She is a graduate student in speech pathology at the University on Minnesota. Her husband, a CPA with Laventhol and Howath, Minneapolis, received a B.B.A. degree in accountancy from Eau Claire university.
