Blado, Martha E. M. (11 Feb 1874 - 18 JUN 1917)
Martha Emma Marie Blado, wife of Charles Blado, was born Feb. 11, 1874, at Schoenhagen, Pommern, Germany, and died June 18, 1917, aged 43 years, 4 months and 7 days.
She came to America in 1882. On March 29, 1894 she was married to Charles Blado, who with two daughters, Elsie and Martha, a father, three sisters and one brother, are left to mourn.
The deceased was a good wife and a kind and loving mother, always ready to sacrifice for her family and home. While she was gone from the conflicts, the sorrow and the pleasures of life, she will still live in the hearts of those who knew her best.
The funeral was held from the Lutheran Church, of which church she was a faithful member, on Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock, Rev. E. Kemena officiating. Burial was in the Union Cemetery. The family has the sympathy of all in their bereavement.
