TRIBUNE (Loyal, Clark County, Wis.) 04/13/1916 Hall, Alice
(Marriage - 27 Mar 1916) Word was received
here Tuesday of the marriage of Mr. Blaine Swarthout and Miss Alice
Hall. The marriage took place at the home of the bride and groom,
which was neatly furnished for the wedding, on Monday evening,
March 27, 1916. Rev. Rabe of the M. E. Evangelical Church
officiated, who pronounced the ceremony in a most beautiful and
impressive manner. The wedding was a
quiet affair, only a few intimate friends being present. The young
couple was attended by Mr. and Mrs. Fred Freimuth. Mr. Swarthout is
well known in our village (Loyal, Clark County, Wis.), having held
the position here as manager of the Clark Co. Telephone Co. for
many years, and is a young man of good character. He is a brother
of Mrs. Harry Brown. Miss Hall is also well known in our village,
having made this her home since childhood. She is the daughter of
Mr. Charles Hall, and is a young lady who ranked high among her
associates while here. The young couple
will make their home at Bonduel, Wis., where the groom has been
manager of the Bonduel Telephone Co. since January. The Tribune
joins their many friends in extending congratulations for many
years of happy wedded life. © Every submission is protected by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act
