=============NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION.

The partnership heretofore existing between Sidney Houghton and Loring Wilder under the name of Houghton & Wilder, is this day dissolved by mutual consent, and all debts due the said firm are payable to Alfred Stevens. (successor.) wh has purchased the books of acounts due said firm.
