TRIBUNE (Loyal, Clark County, Wis.) 01/01/1920 Horn, Adaline
(Marriage - 30 Dec 1919) On Tuesday, Dec.
30, 1919, a marriage of unusual interest took place, the
contracting parties being two of our best young people, Adaline
Horn and Frank M. Christenson. The ceremony was performed at
Marshfield in the Sacred Heart Catholic Church at 7 o'clock in the
morning, Rev. Stahling officiating. The couple was attended by
Misses Lillian Krahn and Cora Brickheimer as bridesmaid and by Emil
Horn and Oscar Christenson as groomsmen. The bride wore a beautiful
brown suit with hat to match and carried a bridal bouquet of
roses. After the ceremony
the bridal party and immediate relatives came up to Loyal, Clark
County, Wis., where a delicious wedding breakfast was served in
their own home, which is ready for occupancy. Twenty-three guests
were present and many beautiful gifts were received. The young couple
is well known here, the groom being the oldest son of Mr. and Mrs.
M.J. Christenson of this village, and has spent the most of his
life here. He is a graduate of our local high school and was
overseas a year in the Aviation Corps. The bride is the
only daughter of Mr. H. Horn and has lived here the most of her
life, but of late has been at Marshfield. Both young people
have many friends here who join with the Tribune in extending best
wishes. Mr. and Mrs.
Christenson left the same day for a trip to Milwaukee and other
points and will be at home in Loyal after Jan. 15th. © Every submission is protected by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act
