TRIBUNE (Loyal, Clark County, Wis.) 04/15/1920 Irvine, Bernice
(Marriage - 8 Apr 1920) The home of Mr.
and Mrs. D. A. Irvine at Cudahy was the scene of a pretty wedding
last Thursday, when their daughter, Bernice was united in marriage
to Mr. James W. Bart. They were attended
by Mr. Arthur Bart, a brother of the groom and by Miss Eula Irvine
of Neillsville. Both young people are well and favorably know in
this vicinity, both have lived here (Loyal, Clark County, Wis.) the
most of their lives. The groom is the oldest son of Mr. and Mrs.
Eugene Bart. He was in the Signal Corps overseas for 19 months and
received the medal, Croix de Genie for bravery in several important
battles. At present he has a good position with the Owen Telephone
Co. The bride is the
only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. D. A. Irvine. She is a graduate of
our local high school and also of the Stevens Point Normal. For the
past two years she has been a successful teacher. Mr. and Mrs. Bart
will live at Owen. The Tribune joins
with a host of friends in extending congratulations and best
