TRIBUNE (Loyal, Clark County, Wis.) 07/02/1920 Leabel, Eleanor A.
(Marriage - 28 JUN 1920) A pretty June
wedding was solemnized at St. Balthasar's Catholic Church here
Monday morning June 28, 1920, when Rev. Joseph F. Stenz united in
marriage Miss Eleanor A. Leabel and Percy F. Voight. The bride was
becomingly attired in a brown satin and georgette dress with hat to
match and carried a bouquet of roses and sweet peas. She was
attended by her sister, Miss Isabel Leabel, who wore a dark blue
satin dress and a corsage bouquet of sweet peas. The groom was
attended by Wm. Beaver as best man. Following the
ceremony at the church the bridal party and the near relatives went
to the house of the bride, where an elaborate wedding dinner was
served. Both the bride and
groom are very well known here (Loyal, Clark County, Wis.) and
enjoy the good wishes of all. The bride is the oldest daughter of
Mrs. Joseph Wedl and has spent all of her life here. She is an
attractive young lady and will make a willing helpmate for the one
who has chosen her for a life partner. The groom is the youngest
son of Mr. and Mrs. F. M. Voight. He is an ex-service man, being
Corporal in the 86th Div. And was in the service over a year, seven
months of that time being spent overseas. He is employed at present
at the M. J. Christenson garage. Mr. and Mrs.
Voight left the same day for a wedding trip to Waupun and other
parts and when they return they will go to housekeeping in the home
recently purchased by the groom. The Tribune
extends congratulations and best wishes. © Every submission is protected by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act
