TRIBUNE (Loyal, Clark County, Wis.) 07/02/1920 Schmidt, Agnes L.
(Marriage - 24 JUN 1920) A very pretty
wedding took place at the Lutheran Church at 10:30 a.m. Thursday,
June 24, 1920, when Miss Agnes L. Schmidt was united in marriage to
Mr. Edd Dobbe, rev. E. Kemena performing the ceremony. The bride
was attired in a dark blue suit and wore a corsage bouquet of
sunburst roses. She was attended by Miss Wava Zastrow as bridesmaid
and the groom by Will Wehrman as best man. After the ceremony
a wedding dinner was served at the home of the bride's mother to
the immediate relatives only. The bride is the
youngest daughter of Mrs. Johanna Schmidt. She graduated from the
local high school in the class of 1920 and is a popular young lady.
The groom is an industrious and capable young man. He was in the
service over a year, being in the 89th Div. Both young people are
well and favorably known and have many friends who join with the
Tribune in extending best wishes for a long and happy life. Mr. and Mrs. Dobbe
left the same day for a wedding trip to Ewen, Mich., and after July
15th will be at home on the Arthur Sayles farm. © Every submission is protected by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act
