PHONOGRAPH (Colby, Wis.) 05/31/1917 Wagner, Alice
(Marriage - May 1917) Miss Alice Wagner
and Arthur Rasmussen took advantage of the quick service of a Ford
on Saturday last and motored to Eau Claire, where they were joined
in wedlock the same day by J. F. Ellis, Justice of the Peace. Both
were born here (Thorp, Clark County, Wis.), Mr. Rasmussen being the
only son of Mr. and Mrs. J. O. Rasmussen and Miss Wagner the
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Wagner. This step by them had been
contemplated and arranged for some time past and to many of their
friends it is perhaps not to be considered as a news item. Their
home will be at Cornell, where Mr. Rasmussen is employed in the
capacity of an electrician by the Cornell Products Co. (Thorp
Courier) The bride was a
teacher in our public schools (Colby, Wis.) a number of terms and
has a host of friends here who will wish them success and
happiness. © Every submission is protected by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act
