Milewski, Leo (10 February 1901-17 July 1983)

THORP -- Leo Milewski, 82, died Sunday afternoon at Zastrow Nursing Home, Gilman.

Services will be Wednesday at St. Hedwig's Chapel, Thorp. The Rev. John Puerner will officiate. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Visitation will be at the Thorp Funeral Home.

He was born February 10, 1901 in Pennsylvania, to Mr. and Mrs. Walter (Stella) Milewski. He farmed and was a livestock dealer in Thorp for several years and was a retired railroad employee. He never married.

Survivors are four sisters, Anne Giwojna and Bernice Solvack, both of Thorp, Sophie Rubisch of Vasser, Michigan and Marie Kenny of Woodruff.
