Bachmeier, Mary (12 OCT 1837 - 15 JUN 1919)

The remains of Mrs. Mary Bachmeier of the town of Green Grove, Clark County, Wis., who passed away June 15, 1919, were shipped Tuesday evening to Milwaukee, where burial took place Wednesday.

Deceased was born Oct. 12, 1837 and while still in the old country was married to Mr. Joachin Bachmeier. To this union were born four children, two having preceded her in death and two still living, Joachin of the town of Green Grove, with whom the deceased had made her home, and Mrs. Sophia Fritsch of Milwaukee.

Mrs. Bachmeier had reached the ripe old age of 81 years, 8 months and 3 days, the cause of her demise being senile debility.

Services were held in the Green Grove Church at 2:00 Tuesday afternoon, the remains being in charge of undertaker Lulloff. After the church services the body was brought to Colby and shipped on the night train for burial.
