(1844 - 21 NOV 1919) Peter Heintz, one
of the old settlers of the town of Hull, Marathon, Co., Wis., died
at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Arthur Cutts in the village of
Unity, on Friday, Nov. 21, 1919, at the age of 75 years. Deceased was born
in Dekirk, Luxembourg and at the age of 25 he came to America,
settling at Fond du Lac, where in 1870 he was united in marriage to
Elizabeth Burdengle. In the year 1877 they came to Colby, Wis. and
took up a homestead in the town of Hull, where they lived for about
twenty-five years. After disposing of the farm Mr. Heintz went into
business in Unity. He remained there for about thirteen years and
then removed to Park Falls, returning here a few years later. He is survived by
his wife and seven children: Louis of Ashland, Max and Otto of
Colby, Harry of Milwaukee, Mrs. H. C. Eggebrecht of Colby, Mrs. A.
W. Cutts of Unity, Mr. J H. Garnet of Sheboygan. Funeral services
were held last Monday afternoon at the home of this daughter in
Unity, Rev. Vance, pastor of the M. E. Church of this city,
