Pastor Wenger is a native of Hutchinson, Minn., and attended Concordia High School at St.Paul, Minn. He received his; Bachelor of arts decree from2 Wartburg College at Waverly, Iowa, and then entered Wartburg Theological Seminary at Dubuque, Iowa, where he received his Bachelor of Divinity degree. He served as interim at Gethsemane Lutheran Church at Racine, Wis., and has served parishes at Marathon and Appleton The Rev. Mr. Wenger is married. to the former Joan Moree of Racine. They are the parents of two daughters.

Our Saviors Lutheran Church Centennial Booklet

GREENWOOD - The Rev. David E. Wenger will be installed as pastor Sunday, Nov. 9, at Our Savior's Lutheran Church, Greenwood, during the 9 a. m. worship services, and at Emmanuel Lutheran Church, Longwood, during the 10:30 a. m. worship services.

The Rev. Vernon E. Anderson, executive assistant to the district president of the Northern Wisconsin District of American Lutheran Church, will be in charge of the services.
