PHONOGRAPH (Colby, Wis.) 04/10/1919 Daughhetee, Cleo
E. (Marriage - 2 Apr 1919) Miss Cleo Ethel
Daughhetee of Colby, Wis., and Mr. John C. Rasmus of Minneapolis,
were married at Bessemer, Mich., on Wednesday, April 2, 1919. The bride is the
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. B. Daughhetee of Colby, and is a
charming and accomplished young lady. She has always been a great
favorite among all her acquaintances who will grant them heartiest
congratulations. During the past year and a half she has been
employed by the Soo Line as telegraph operator and it is needles to
say that her services have always been greatly appreciated. She
also has the distinction of being a pianist of rare ability. Mr. Rasmus is head
mechanic with the Northern Wood Product Co., at Glidden, Wis. We
are not personally acquainted with him, but can honestly say that
we admire his good judgement in choosing a helpmate. He will retain
his position at Glidden for several months longer and then they
will go to Minneapolis to make their home. In the meantime his wife
will remain with the Soo in the telegraph office at Chelsea. The Phonograph
joins with their many relatives and friends in offering best wishes
for their future. © Every submission is protected by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act
