PHONOGRAPH (Colby, Wis.) 09/25/1919 Witte, Martha
(Marriage - 24 Sep 1919) Miss Martha Witte,
daughter of Herman Witte, of the town of Unity, Clark County, Wis.,
and Mr. Edward Horner of Owen, Clark County, were united in
marriage at the home of the bride's father at 4 p.m., Wednesday, by
the Rev. Aug. Behrendt of Green Grove. They were attended by Miss
Lillian Horner, sister of the groom, and Mr. Richard Witte, brother
of the bride. The bride wore a
gown of white satin and georgette crepe, trimmed with chantilly
lace and the bridesmaid was dressed in georgette crepe. The groom
and groomsman were dressed in blue serge. After the ceremony
the bridal party drove to the Lukowicz studio, where the wedding
pictures were taken. They then returned to the home of the bride,
where a bountiful dinner was served to them and immediate
relatives. The young couple
